Day Two

Wow. That exercise yesterday only took me 20-25 minutes to complete, but this morning, my deltoids and bum were really sore. Below is the regimen my friend gave me (with just a few exercises that I like added in).

  • butt blasts at 0, 45, and 90 degree angles, 50 times each
  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 1 30-sec plank
  • 25 modified push-ups
  • 20 jumping jacks
  • 1 60 sec plank
  • 30 sec burpees
  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 25 modified pushups
  • 40 jumping jacks
  • 30 sec burpees
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 25 sit-ups
  • 60 jumping jacks
  • 15 star jumps
  • 70 jumping jacks
  • 50 bicycle crunches
  • 80 jumping jacks
  • 2 sets of 30 second horse stances
  • lunge down the hallway and back

My mom dropped by with food, so I ate healthily until I got to the cafeteria. Three guesses which meal was from the cafeteria.

  • Breakfast = green and red bell peppers sauteed with beef and onions (300)
  • Lunch = broccoli (100),2 slices bread (150), 1 banana(120), PB(180), nutella(300), butter(100), sliced almonds (150)
  • Dinner = froyo (200), chicken (300)
  • Snack = dark chocolate (100)
  • Estimated calorie intake =2000
  • Water intake = 16 ounces
  • Green tea = 8 ounces
  • Exercise = none
